The 40 Gbps optical path removes the copper run limit, which is what makes it the answer for stadium, arena and campus builds where the control room is nowhere near the screen. In one room it is an expensive way to buy 4K.

We hold NovaStar NCE certification in-house, so system commissioning, cabinet mapping and fault diagnosis are performed by our own engineers. We supply the COEX, H and VX lines together with H Series input and output cards, Taurus media players and fibre converters — 30 models are published here with prices. Buying from us
Send the cabinet model and the layout. If the controller you asked for is the wrong tier for that pixel count, we will say so before the invoice, not after the wall is up. Over-specifying costs you money; under-specifying costs you the project.
NCE certification means the person who maps your cabinets works here. No factory escalation, no time-zone gap on a load-in day, and the same engineer is still reachable when phase two starts.
A controller is a third of a working system. Cat6 snakes, fibre, and Socapex and Camlock power distribution are stocked in Anaheim, so the install does not stop while a cable ships.
Questions
It means commissioning and fault diagnosis happen here rather than as a support ticket. On a live install the practical difference is the response window: a receiving-card mismatch or a bad cabinet map gets resolved the same day by someone in Anaheim, instead of waiting on a time-zone gap to a factory queue.
Common models are on a shelf in Anaheim rather than drop-shipped, so the delivery date is ours to promise rather than a distributor’s to miss. Commissioning and cabinet mapping are done by our own NCE-certified engineers. The pixel count of the finished wall decides it, not the budget. Total the cabinet resolution, add whatever phase two will add, and compare that against each model’s rated loading capacity, which NovaStar publishes. The note under every model below says what that tier is actually for. If you send the cabinet model and layout we will do the arithmetic against your numbers and put it in writing — which is a more useful answer than any threshold we could print here.
Common models are held in Anaheim. Less common configurations and the modular chassis are ordered against the project, which is normal for this category — a card-configured MX6000 Pro should be built to your port plan, not pulled off a shelf in the wrong configuration.
Both. We specify and supply the display system as a whole, and we also sell the controller on its own to integrators who are handling their own build. Cable, fibre and power distribution for the run are stocked locally.
