A 29-foot LED wall on its own feet, in two days
Remnant Ministries in Las Vegas meets on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays, and its stage wall carried equipment that could not move. So the wall stands on its own frame, and it went up in two days.
In March 2023 PixelPro Productions installed a Gloshine P2.5 LED wall of 98 cabinets (14 × 7, about 29 × 11 ft) at Remnant Ministries in Las Vegas, Nevada. The stage wall already carried equipment that could not be relocated, so the LED wall stands on a custom free-standing aluminium frame, 24 inches deep, which leaves a corridor behind the wall wide enough for a technician to service the cabinets. Power runs from the panel under the stage to the wall, concealed. Because the church uses the room three days a week, the installation was compressed into two days, the shortest of PixelPro’s church projects.

The brief
Remnant Ministries wanted a wide LED wall across its stage. Two things about the room set the design. The rear wall was already carrying equipment that could not be relocated, so nothing could be fixed to it. And the church uses the room on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays, so there was no long window to work in.
Challenge 01
A wall that could not be touched
Our church LED walls usually hang on a frame fixed to the building. Here the stage wall was off limits, so we designed our first custom free-standing frame: aluminium extrusion that stands on the stage floor and carries the full 98-cabinet wall on its own, with no fixing to the wall behind.
We made the frame 24 inches deep on purpose. That leaves a corridor between the LED and the rear wall wide enough for one person, so every cabinet can be serviced from behind without taking the wall apart, and the equipment on the rear wall stays reachable.
The wall stands on the stage; the rear wall carries nothing new.
Challenge 02
Power without a visible cable
A wall this size needs its own supply. We ran a new circuit from the panel, under the stage, up into the frame, so no cable crosses the stage or the wall.
Challenge 03
Two days, between a Wednesday and a Saturday
With services three days a week, the church could give us two clear days. We set out the frame with a laser on the first day, built it and mounted the cabinets across the second, and worked long days to hand over before the next service. It remains the shortest installation of any church project we have done.
