Your event, designed, built and run by one team
We design the look, bring our own LED, lighting and sound, build it, tune it and run the show, then strike and clear the room. One team from the first sketch to the last cue.

PixelPro Productions provides full-service event AV production from Anaheim, California: event design (key visual, 3D stage layout, light show and screen content), then LED video walls, lighting and sound from our own inventory, installed, tuned and operated on site by our own bilingual English and Chinese crew. For the 2024 WPA Heyball Parasport World Championship at the Los Angeles Convention Center, we designed and built the venue, including about 136 m² of LED and more than 140 lighting fixtures, in two days. We are a licensed California contractor (CSLB #1063528) with general liability and workers’ compensation insurance.
Design comes first
Most AV companies start with an equipment list. We start with how the event should look, then choose the equipment that delivers it.
- Key visual and on-screen graphics for every screen size.
- 3D stage and venue design renders you can approve before anything is booked.
- Light show programmed to the run of show.
- Screen content made to the exact pixel size of each screen.
- Venue layout including accessible layouts for wheelchair users.

How an event runs
- Brief. Venue, audience, run of show, and what has to be seen and heard.
- Design. Key visual, 3D stage and venue layout, light show concept.
- Plan. Screen sizes and pitch, ground support or flown rigging, power, equipment list and quote.
- Venue approvals. Floor plans through the venue’s fire-safety review, rigging plot, power agreed with the venue.
- Content. Screen content made to each screen’s pixel size; light show programmed.
- Load-in and build. Our crew builds the stage, LED, lighting and sound.
- Tune and rehearse. LED calibration, sound check, cue run-through with your team.
- Show. Our operators run LED, lighting, sound and playback.
- Strike. Everything out, venue handed back.
How fast? For the WPA Heyball Parasport World Championship we had under four weeks from brief to show, with the design approved by four teams in different countries, then built the venue in two days and rehearsed on the third.
Our own equipment
Everything below is our own, kept in our Anaheim warehouse and run by our own crew.
LED screens
About 300 m² in all. Indoor: 500 Gloshine MV Pro 2.6 cabinets (125 m², enough for one 20 × 6 m main screen or a main screen with side screens), plus Gloshine DN 2.6 and MR 2.6. Outdoor: Gloshine Legend 3.9, weather-rated for daylight events. Ground-stacked or flown, on NovaStar MX40 Pro processing with fibre for long runs.
Video playback and switching
A PixelHue media server and two Hirender S3 servers running main and backup, PixelHue P20 and P10 seamless switchers and a PixelHue U5 console.
Sound
ZSOUND LA210, LC10 and LC8 line arrays and ZMSAudio DV10 with subs for halls, ballrooms and outdoor events; QSC K12.2 and K118 for smaller rooms; stage monitors; Shure SLX-D digital wireless microphones; an 8-channel intercom. Mixed on a Behringer WING Compact digital console or a Yamaha analogue desk by our in-house audio engineer.
Lighting and staging
Profile, beam and wash fixtures (including waterproof and battery-powered wireless uplights), COB front lights and logo projectors, run from a grandMA2 console; 290 mm box truss for lighting rigs and booth frames.
Crew
Full-time bilingual English/Chinese engineers, a NovaStar-certified LED engineer and an in-house audio engineer, sized to the event: 4 to 20 people for the build, and at least 4 operators on site during the show. The Heyball championship had a team of ten.

Case study
The first parasport world championship in Heyball brought 143 athletes from 31 countries and regions to the Los Angeles Convention Center. We designed the key visual, light show and accessible venue layout, then built about 136 m² of LED, more than 140 lighting fixtures, line-array sound and a 28 m stage in two days, and ran the show with a 10-person team. For companies from China holding events in the US
Our engineers speak Mandarin and work with head-office teams in China across the time difference. For the Heyball championship, every design had to be approved by four teams in different countries and time zones: the organiser, the venue, the sponsor and us. We kept one set of drawings moving between them.
Where we work
Based in Anaheim. Events across Southern California, the San Francisco Bay Area and Las Vegas.
Questions event organisers ask
Can you design the event, not just supply the screens?
Yes. We design the key visual, 3D stage and venue layout, light show and screen content, then build and run it. For the WPA Heyball Parasport World Championship at the Los Angeles Convention Center we designed the whole venue, including an accessible layout for wheelchair users.
How quickly can you build an event?
It depends on scale. At the Los Angeles Convention Center we built a 28 m stage, about 136 m² of LED and more than 140 lighting fixtures in two days, because the design, venue approvals and screen mapping were finished before load-in.
Can we just rent the equipment?
Our events are full service: we supply the equipment together with the crew who install and run it, which is what lets us take responsibility for how the event looks and sounds on the day. We do occasionally hire out equipment on its own, mainly to other event production companies.
Can you work with our production company or the venue’s AV team?
Yes. We can work alongside another production company and take on just the LED, or LED, lighting and sound, and run them to your show caller.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance for the venue?
Yes. We carry general liability and workers’ compensation insurance and can issue a certificate of insurance for the venue.
