Terms of Sale

These terms apply to orders placed on pixelproav.com, with or without a dealer account. The seller is AI Home Inc., doing business as PixelPro Productions, 3111 E Miraloma Ave, Anaheim, CA 92806.

1. Prices

Prices are in US dollars and are the prices printed on our product pages. Approved dealers see their dealer prices after signing in. If a price is plainly a typing error, we tell you before the order ships and you may cancel it.

2. Payment

By card or US bank account (ACH), through Stripe. Your bank may ask you to confirm a card payment. A bank payment takes 3–4 business days to clear, and the order ships once it has. Approved dealers can also pay by Zelle or wire transfer.

A first order over $3,000 is confirmed by phone before it ships.

3. Sales tax

Goods shipped to a California address or picked up in Anaheim carry 7.75% California sales tax; shipping is not taxed. Orders shipped outside California carry none. A California reseller whose seller’s permit number and signed resale certificate (CDTFA-230) are on file with their dealer account pays no sales tax.

4. Shipping

Ground shipping to the 48 contiguous states and DC. NovaStar products ship free. Cables ship free on orders over $300; below that, shipping is $25. In-stock items ordered by 1 PM Pacific on a business day ship the same day from Anaheim. Items shown as ordered in, or as shipping in a number of days, ship when they arrive, and we email you the date. For Alaska, Hawaii or outside the US, call us for a quote.

Pickup: free at our warehouse, 3111 E Miraloma Ave, Anaheim, CA 92806, Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm. In-stock items paid for by 1 PM Pacific on a business day are ready the same day, and we email you when they are. Bring the order number and a photo ID in the buyer's name; if someone else collects, email us first.

5. Returns

Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the price paid. You pay the return shipping; there is no restocking fee. Ask us for a return authorization first.

6. Warranty

NovaStar products carry NovaStar’s 3-year warranty. As an authorized dealer we handle the claim: you send the unit to us and we repair or replace it. Approved dealers also get advance replacement on stocked models in the first 12 months.

7. Free remote setup

Every NovaStar unit bought from us comes with free remote setup by our NovaStar NCE-certified engineers, by screen share. Email us when you are ready.

8. Dealer accounts

A free dealer account, approved within one business day, gets dealer prices, 5% back on every order as credit for our LED panels, cables and rentals, and the dealer terms printed on our dealers page.
