What is in the warehouse

  • Gloshine MV Pro 2.6. 500 cabinets, 125 m², enough for a 20 × 6 m main screen. 7,680 Hz refresh, 16-scan, NovaStar A10s Pro receiving cards: the wall our virtual production stage runs on, so it holds up on camera.
  • Gloshine PL 2.6. New in our warehouse: the mid-range wall for meetings, conferences and launches.
  • Gloshine MR 2.6. The value wall for weddings, community events and parties.
  • Gloshine Legend 3.9, outdoor. Weather-rated for daylight events.
  • Processing and playback. NovaStar MX40 Pro processors, on hot standby on every project; two Hirender S3 servers running main and backup.

What all-in includes

  • The LED wall, in our road cases
  • NovaStar processing, with a hot-standby processor
  • Delivery and pickup from our Anaheim warehouse
  • Ground support or flown rigging, setup and strike
  • An on-site technician for the show
  • Seam calibration once the wall is built, so it reads as one surface

Teams with their own crew can rent the wall on its own. For a whole event we recommend our crew with it: they know the wall, and we take responsibility for the result.

LED rental questions

How much does it cost to rent an LED wall in Orange County or Los Angeles?

PixelPro Productions charges all-in per 500 × 500 mm cabinet per day, first day: from $90 (Gloshine MR 2.6), $120 (PL 2.6) or $160 (MV Pro 2.6). An 11.5 × 6.6 ft wall of 28 cabinets is from $2,520, $3,360 or $4,480; a 16.4 × 9.8 ft wall of 60 cabinets from $5,400, $7,200 or $9,600.

What is included in the rental price?

The LED wall, NovaStar processing with a hot-standby processor, delivery and pickup, rigging, setup and strike, an on-site technician and seam calibration. Further days, outdoor walls and wall-only rental are quoted to the job.

Can we rent the LED wall without a crew?

Yes, for teams with their own crew. For a whole event we recommend our crew with the wall, so one company is responsible for how it looks on the day.

Which LED wall should we rent for a filmed or streamed event?

The Gloshine MV Pro 2.6. It refreshes at 7,680 Hz and is the wall our virtual production stage runs on, so it shows no scan lines on camera. Walls at 3,840 Hz or 1,920 Hz can look fine to the eye and still show lines in photos and video.

Do you rent outdoor LED screens?

Yes: Gloshine Legend 3.9, weather-rated for daylight events. Outdoor walls are quoted to the job, with power and ground support planned for the site.
