Chubby Cattle (牛武士), a wagyu barbecue restaurant at Diamond Plaza in Rowland Heights, was built around curves: round columns, an arched passage and a curved meat display. Five screens of flexible LED, on curved cabinets we designed and built, lit by March 30, 2024.

The brief
The interior was designed around curves: screens had to wrap round columns, sit in an arched passage and follow the curve of the meat display.
They also had to look built into the room, with the restaurant’s own content, not like flat panels hung on curved walls.

Challenge 01
Flat cabinets do not bend
Standard LED cabinets are flat. On a curved wall they leave steps and gaps, and on a round column they cannot follow the surface at all.
We used P2 flexible LED: magnetic modules of 240 × 120 mm that bend to a concave curve. They need a curved surface to sit on, so we designed curved cabinets and frames to the room’s drawings and built them ourselves.
The restaurant’s fit-out contractor ran the power to each screen; everything from the frame outward was ours.

In 2024 PixelPro Productions supplied and installed five curved LED screens for Chubby Cattle (牛武士), a wagyu barbecue restaurant at Diamond Plaza in Rowland Heights, California. The screens are P2 magnetic flexible LED (modules 240 × 120 mm) on a concave curve: a 3.84 × 1.2 m band (1920 × 600) over the meat display, two 1.2 × 1.2 m screens (600 × 600 each), and two tall column screens, 1.2 × 2.16 m and 1.44 × 2.16 m, added in a second order in February 2024 and air-freighted to keep the schedule. All five run on NovaStar control. We designed and built the curved cabinets and the structure that hold them; the restaurant’s fit-out contractor did the power. The frames went up in the first week of March 2024 and all five screens were lit by March 30. In July 2025 we also installed the outdoor LED sign over the entrance of Wagyu Factory in Rancho Cucamonga, a restaurant by the same owner: P6.35, 8 × 4 cabinets, 16 × 4 ft (4.88 × 1.22 m), 768 × 192 pixels. There too we built the frame and the fit-out contractor did the power.
Challenge 02
Two more screens, by air
The first order, in January 2024, was three screens: the 3.84 × 1.2 m band and two 1.2 × 1.2 m screens.
In February two tall column screens were added, 1.2 × 2.16 m and 1.44 × 2.16 m. To make the schedule they came by air rather than by sea.
All five screens were lit by March 30, 2024.

Challenge 03
Wagyu Factory, Rancho Cucamonga: a sign over the door
In July 2025 we installed the outdoor LED sign over the entrance of Wagyu Factory in Rancho Cucamonga, a wagyu barbecue and hot pot restaurant by the same owner: P6.35 outdoor cabinets of 2 × 1 ft, 8 across and 4 high, 16 × 4 ft (4.88 × 1.22 m) and 768 × 192 pixels.
As in Rowland Heights, we built the frame and installed the screen, and the fit-out contractor did the power.

The result
- Five curved screens that follow the room: round columns, an arched passage, the meat display.
- Curved cabinets and structure designed and built by us; power by the fit-out contractor.
- Two screens added in February and flown in; all five lit by March 30, 2024.
- The same owner’s Wagyu Factory in Rancho Cucamonga, with an outdoor sign lit for its soft opening in July 2025.
