We have upgraded the AV in independent churches that worship in English, Chinese, Korean and Spanish. Every one was a retrofit: a working system, in a building that still had to hold its services. The screen is rarely the hard part. These are.
Sunday comes first
Each install is planned to fit inside one week. When it cannot, the work is staged so the sanctuary is back in use at every Sunday milestone. That schedule is the real project.
Power and structure, redrawn
LED walls are heavy and draw serious power, and the original drawings are rarely on file. Structure, circuits and cabling are redesigned from a site survey, which is exactly what a CSLB General B license covers.
More than the screen
Audio, cameras and lighting are reworked alongside the LED wall, and reused equipment is re-tuned on site to fit the new system.
