Privacy Policy

This policy explains what PixelPro Productions (the trading name of AI Home Inc., 3111 E Miraloma Ave, Anaheim, CA 92806) collects on pixelproav.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. What we collect

Information you give us. When you contact us through the enquiry form, by email or by phone, we receive your name, company, email address, phone number, project type and message.

Information collected automatically.

• Site analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and see visitors’ countries, browser types and referring pages. The data is aggregated, sets no cookies, does not identify you and does not track you across other sites.
• Security logs: Cloudflare, which hosts the site, keeps short-term access logs that include IP addresses, used to block attacks and diagnose faults.

Browser storage. When you switch between English and Chinese, the site remembers your choice in your browser (one localStorage item named pxp-lang). It is not a cookie and is never sent to us. We set no cookies of our own.

2. How we use it

• To answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation and deliver the project
• To invoice and collect payment
• To keep the site secure and improve its content

We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or give it to third parties for their marketing.

3. Who else sees it

Only the providers that run services for us, and only as far as the service needs:

• Cloudflare: hosting, security and analytics (United States).
• Resend: delivers the enquiry form to our mailbox by email, and keeps a copy in its delivery log.
• Stripe: if you pay an invoice online, your payment details are collected and processed by Stripe directly. We never see your full card number.
• Public authorities, where the law requires it.

Data is stored in the United States. If you visit from another country or region, what you submit is transferred to and processed in the United States.

4. How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as we need them to reply and for any business that follows, then as business records. Security logs are held briefly by Cloudflare and deleted automatically.

5. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct or delete it, or to stop contacting you. Email info@pixelproav.com. We answer requests within 45 days. California residents have these rights under California law, and we do not sell personal information.

Do Not Track: we do not track visitors across other websites, so we do not respond differently to a browser’s Do Not Track signal.

6. Children

This site is for business clients and is not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

7. Changes

When this policy changes we will update this page and its date. A material change will also be noted on the homepage.
