Privacy Policy

This policy explains what PixelPro Productions (the trading name of AI Home Inc., 3111 E Miraloma Ave, Anaheim, CA 92806) collects on pixelproav.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. What we collect

Information you give us. When you contact us through the inquiry form, by email or by phone, we receive your name, company, email address, phone number, project type and message. An inquiry sent through the form also tells us how you reached the site: the first page you opened on that visit, the site that sent you (for example a search engine), and, if you came from one of our ads, the campaign tags and the ad’s click identifier.

Information collected automatically.

• Site analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and see visitors’ countries, browser types and referring pages. The data is aggregated, sets no cookies, does not identify you and does not track you across other sites.
• Time on page: the site itself also measures how long each page stays open and visible, how far down it is scrolled, whether our phone number, text, WhatsApp or WeCom link, or a button to our inquiry form, was tapped. Opening WhatsApp or WeCom hands the conversation to that service (Meta, or Tencent for WeCom), under its own privacy policy. With that we record only the page, the kind of source (one of our ads, a search engine, a link, a tagged campaign or a direct visit), our campaign number if you came from one of our ads, your country, and whether the screen is a phone or a computer. No cookie or IP address is stored. To count pages per visit, the site keeps a random number in your browser tab (sessionStorage, item pxp-sid); it is deleted when you close the tab and is not a cookie. We also measure how fast pages load and respond. Neither is linked to you, and the figures are only looked at as totals. One exception: if you came from one of our Google ads and tap our phone number or a text, WhatsApp or WeCom link, that ad’s click identifier is recorded with the tap and its time, for the purpose described in section 2. Nothing is measured if your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track.
• AI assistant: if you use the chat box ("Ask our AI"), your questions and its answers are sent to Anthropic, whose Claude model writes the answer from this website’s content, and we keep a copy of each question and answer with the page, the language and the time, so that we can see what visitors ask and improve the site. To limit how many questions can be asked in a day, we also keep one-way codes made from your IP address and from the random visit number described below; they change every day and cannot be turned back into either. Please do not type personal or payment details into the chat; for a quote, use the inquiry form or call us. Answers are written by AI and may be incomplete: a written quote is what counts.
• Security logs: Cloudflare, which hosts the site, keeps short-term access logs that include IP addresses, used to block attacks and diagnose faults.

Browser storage. When you switch between English and Chinese, the site remembers your choice in your browser (one localStorage item named pxp-lang); it is never sent to us. While a tab is open, the site also keeps how you arrived (one sessionStorage item named pxp-src), so that it can be sent with an inquiry; your browser deletes it when you close the tab, and its contents are sent only if you submit the form (the time-on-page measurement above uses just the kind of source and the campaign number from it, and a tap on our phone or chat links from an ad visit sends just the ad’s click identifier). If you arrive from one of our ads, a search engine, another website or a tagged link, the site also remembers that source for 90 days (one localStorage item named pxp-first, holding the same fields as pxp-src plus the date), so that if you come back later by typing our address or from a bookmark, an inquiry you send is still credited to how you first found us; it is sent to us only with an inquiry or, for an ad’s click identifier, with a tap on our phone or chat links, it is not kept if your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, and you can delete it by clearing this site’s data in your browser. It also keeps the random visit number pxp-sid described above, deleted with the tab, and, if you use the AI assistant, the conversation (sessionStorage item pxp-chat), so that it follows you from page to page; it is deleted with the tab or when you clear the chat. Our own staff browsers keep one more localStorage item, pxp-internal, so that our visits are labeled and left out of those figures. None of these is a cookie. We set no cookies for visitors; our only cookie is a sign-in cookie for our own staff on the site’s admin pages.

2. How we use it

• To answer your inquiry, prepare a quotation and deliver the project
• To invoice and collect payment
• To keep the site secure and improve its content

We do not sell your information or give it to third parties for their marketing. If you came from one of our Google ads, we may tell Google that the click led to an inquiry or to a tap on our phone number or a chat link, using only the click identifier and the date and time, never your name, contact details or message, so that we can see which of our ads work. If you came from one of our Google ads and follow our link to PixelBid, our planning tool at pixelbid.ai, the ad’s click identifier goes with the link for the same purpose, and PixelBid’s own privacy policy applies there.

3. Who else sees it

Only the providers that run services for us, and only as far as the service needs:

• Cloudflare: hosting, security and analytics, and our database, which keeps a copy of each inquiry so that our team can follow it up (United States).
• Resend: delivers the inquiry form to our mailbox by email, and keeps a copy in its delivery log.
• Anthropic: writes the AI assistant’s answers from the questions you type in the chat box (United States).
• Stripe: if you pay an invoice online, your payment details are collected and processed by Stripe directly. We never see your full card number.
• Google: only an ad click identifier and a date, as described in section 2, if you arrived from one of our Google ads.
• Public authorities, where the law requires it.

Data is stored in the United States. If you visit from another country or region, what you submit is transferred to and processed in the United States.

4. How long we keep it

Inquiries are kept for as long as we need them to reply and for any business that follows, then as business records. Security logs are held briefly by Cloudflare and deleted automatically.

5. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct or delete it, or to stop contacting you. Email info@pixelproav.com. We answer requests within 45 days. California residents have these rights under California law, and we do not sell personal information.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control: we do not track visitors across other websites. If your browser sends either signal, your visit is also left out of the time-on-page measurement described in section 1.

6. Children

This site is for business clients and is not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

7. Changes

When this policy changes we will update this page and its date. A material change will also be noted on the homepage.
