One church, three spaces, two companies, one plan
One of the AV integrators we supply had won a Korean church in Irvine: a wall across the main stage, two side screens, a second room and the entrance. The main wall needed a structure designed for the building. So we split the work by who does what best: they kept the client and the crew; we took the design, the structure and the commissioning.

In May and June 2025 PixelPro Productions worked with one of its AV integrator clients on LED walls for a Korean church in Irvine, California: a Gloshine Blade 2.5 (P2.5) wall of 16 × 7 cabinets in the main hall, about 33.6 × 11 ft, on a NovaStar MX30; two side screens added in a second phase in June 2025, 40 cabinets on a NovaStar VX1000; a 9 × 5 cabinet wall in a smaller room; and a P2.6 entrance screen of 12 cabinets on a NovaStar MX20. PixelPro surveyed the site, set the screen sizes and the structure, designed the system, supplied the LED and the processors, built the aluminium frame for the main wall and the plywood backing for the three smaller screens, trained the integrator’s crew to install the cabinets and run the cabling it had designed, and commissioned every screen on site. The integrator kept the client relationship and did the installation and the wiring.

The brief
The integrator buys LED and NovaStar from us. This church wanted a lot of screen: a wall across the main stage, a screen either side of it, a wall in a second, smaller room, and a screen at the entrance. The main wall alone needed a structure designed for this building, and structural design and building is work we do in-house.
They wanted the job, and the church wanted them. So we agreed a split by who does what best. The integrator stayed the church’s point of contact and followed every step; we designed the project and worked through them, not around them.

Part 01
What the building could carry
We surveyed the site, worked out what the walls behind each screen were built from, and set the screen sizes in whole cabinets. The main wall became 16 × 7 cabinets after a row was added to the 96 first planned.
For the main hall we designed an aluminium frame across the back wall of the stage and built it ourselves. For the three smaller screens, the two at the sides of the stage and the one in the second room, we designed plywood backing for the walls they hang on and built that too. The entrance screen is fixed directly to the wall.
The main wall and the three smaller screens hang on structures we designed for the walls behind them.

Part 02
Their crew, our plan
The integrator’s crew installed the cabinets, after we trained them to install the Blade 2.5.
We designed the power system for the screens and the routing of every data and power cable, and the integrator ran the cabling and the power to that plan. When they had finished, we commissioned every screen on site ourselves.

Part 03
A different screen for every worship team
The church has several worship teams, each with its own service times and its own style of worship, and it asked for the screen to suit each of them. During commissioning we built a ready-made layout template for each team with the integrator, so whoever runs the service picks theirs and starts.
Part 04
Two phases, and a second room
The main wall and the entrance screen shipped straight from stock in our Anaheim warehouse. Part of the side screens’ cabinets came on the next container from China, and the side screens went up in a second phase in June 2025.
The smaller room, a separate job with the same integrator, has a 9 × 5 wall of the same Blade 2.5 on plywood backing we designed and built.

The result
- A 33.6 × 11 ft main wall, two side screens, a second room and an entrance screen: about 209 cabinets in three spaces.
- The integrator delivered the whole project to its client, with us behind the parts it handed to us.
- A ready-made layout template for each worship team.
- The main wall and the entrance screen shipped from Anaheim stock.

Questions integrators ask
Do you work with other AV integrators on LED projects?
Yes. At a Korean church in Irvine in 2025 we worked with one of our integrator clients: we did the site survey, structure, system design, the aluminium frame and plywood backing, and the commissioning, and supplied the LED and NovaStar processors; they kept the client relationship and did the cabinet installation and cabling, trained and guided by us.
Can you train our crew to install LED cabinets?
Yes. For a church in Irvine we trained an integrator’s crew to install a 16 × 7 cabinet Gloshine Blade 2.5 wall and designed the data and power cable routing they followed, then commissioned the screens on site.
Can an LED wall be set up differently for each service?
Yes. A church in Irvine has several worship teams with different service times and styles, so during commissioning we built a ready-made layout template for each team. Whoever runs the service selects theirs.
