PixelPro Productions designs and installs LED walls for churches from Anaheim, California, under California contractor licence #1063528 for California work. Across our church projects an LED wall has cost from under $20,000 to about $140,000 installed, and the work in the room has taken from two days to two weeks. At Live Oak United Church of Christ in Brea two P2.5 screens, the structure, the power work and moving the speakers came in under $30,000; at Good Stewards Church in West Covina a 38-foot, 144-cabinet wall was delivered on a Monday and used for worship that Sunday.
What churches ask us first
What will it cost?
Under $20,000 to about $140,000 installed, across our church projects. The size of the wall in cabinets, the structure that carries it, the power, the processor and how much sound, lighting and camera work goes into the same contract decide where a project lands.
Do we have to give up the projectors?
No. At Good Stewards Church the two existing projectors and screens moved either side of the new LED wall as supporting displays. What LED changes is weight and budget, not what you keep.
How long will the sanctuary be out of use?
Less than most churches expect. Remnant Ministries’ wall went up in two days between services; Good Stewards worshipped on its new wall the Sunday after delivery. The longer part is the design: at Good Stewards it went through eight revisions. Equipment is rarely the wait: in-stock panels and processors ship from our Los Angeles warehouse within two business days of the order; custom products not in stock usually take seven to eight weeks (about three weeks to make, four to ship).
Can our wall hold it?
Most church walls were not built for it. The 38-foot wall at Good Stewards weighs about 2,250 lb; each Irvine screen about 800 lb. We find where the load can go: a frame to the slab, brackets to concrete behind drywall, a free-standing frame, or a timber structure for light screens.

How a church project runs
- A budget before a visit. PixelBid, our free planner, sizes a wall from your seats and stage width and gives an installed budget in about a minute, so the board starts from a real number.
- A site visit. We measure the wall, find out what is behind it and survey the power before anything is drawn.
- Design until it fits. Screen size in whole cabinets, structure and power on drawings you can take to the board. At Good Stewards the design went through eight revisions.
- Order and lead time. We keep stock in our Los Angeles warehouse: in-stock equipment ships within two business days of the order. Custom products we do not stock usually take seven to eight weeks, about three weeks to make and four to ship to Los Angeles, so we plan that order back from the date you need the wall.
- Installation around your services. From two days to two weeks in the room, planned so Sunday is never lost.
- Handover and warranty. NovaStar control commissioned in-house. LED panels and power supplies carry five years from us, NovaStar processors NovaStar’s own three years, with free on-site service for the first two years in Southern California.
More than the screen
Many churches change the whole room at once. At a Korean church in downtown Los Angeles we installed the LED wall, sound, front lighting and a four-camera livestream in two weeks on site, with camera presets a volunteer can operate.
We work in English and Mandarin, with a separate Chinese line.

Questions churches ask
How much does an LED wall cost for a church?
Across our church projects in Southern California, from under $20,000 to about $140,000 installed and commissioned. At Live Oak United Church of Christ in Brea, two P2.5 screens with the structure, power work and moving the existing speakers came in under $30,000 in 2024. PixelBid, our free planner, gives an installed budget for your room in about a minute.
How long does installation take?
In our church projects, from two days to two weeks in the room. Remnant Ministries in Las Vegas: two days between services. Good Stewards Church in West Covina: six days, Monday to Saturday, used for worship that Sunday. A whole room in downtown Los Angeles, with sound, lighting and a livestream: two weeks.
Can we keep our projectors?
Yes. At Good Stewards Church the existing projectors and screens moved either side of the new LED wall and are used as supporting displays.
Will our wall hold an LED screen?
It has to be checked first. LED screens are heavy: about 2,250 lb for the 38-foot wall at Good Stewards and about 800 lb for each Irvine screen. Depending on the building we carry the load to the concrete slab, to a concrete wall behind the drywall, on a free-standing frame or on a timber structure.
What warranty do you give?
LED panels and power supplies five years from us; NovaStar processors and receiving cards NovaStar’s own three years through the authorised channel; free on-site service for the first two years in Southern California, with a response the next business day.
