Everything we take to Las Vegas leaves from our Anaheim warehouse: LED, lighting, sound, show control and the people who run them.
PixelPro Productions takes its own equipment and crew from Anaheim, California, to Las Vegas. There it installed a 29 × 11 ft P2.5 LED wall of 98 cabinets on a free-standing frame at Remnant Ministries in two days (March 2023), and supplied and operated the LED, lighting, sound and show control for WDMS Global 2025 at Resorts World Las Vegas: about 112 m² of LED and 56 lighting fixtures from its own inventory, built in two days, three weeks after the award (May 2025).

Questions about working in Las Vegas
Do you bring your own equipment to Las Vegas?
Yes. For WDMS Global 2025 at Resorts World Las Vegas, the LED, lighting, sound and show control came from our own inventory, trucked from Anaheim, and our own operators ran the show in English and Chinese.
How much notice do you need for a Las Vegas event?
More is better, but WDMS Global 2025 went from award to show in three weeks, with no site survey. We reviewed the drawings in advance instead. On site, a stage that did not match its drawings cost six hours of the build, and the room was ready for the summit on May 26.
Can an LED wall go into a church that uses its room during the week?
Yes, if the frame is designed for a short install. Remnant Ministries uses its room three days a week, so its 98-cabinet wall went up on a free-standing frame in two days between services.
