LED walls for booths and events at Las Vegas shows, trucked from our own Anaheim warehouse and built by our own crew. Hollyland has had us build the LED wall in its NAB Show booth three years running.
PixelPro Productions rents LED video walls for trade show booths and events in Las Vegas, trucked from its warehouse in Anaheim, California, and built by its own crew. At NAB Show 2024, 2025 and 2026 it supplied the LED wall in the booth of Hollyland, the Shenzhen maker of wireless video and audio gear: 5.5 × 3 m of Gloshine MV Pro 2.6 (P2.6), 66 cabinets at 2112 × 1152 pixels, run from a NovaStar VX1000 and built in one day. In Las Vegas it has also run LED, lighting, sound and show control for WDMS Global 2025 at Resorts World, and installed a 29 × 11 ft LED wall at Remnant Ministries. Wall rates are the same as in Southern California, from $90 per cabinet per day; delivery to Las Vegas is quoted to the show.
Hollyland at NAB Show, three years running
Hollyland, the Shenzhen maker of wireless video transmission and audio gear, has put the same LED wall in its NAB Show booth in 2024, 2025 and 2026, and each year we have built it.
We supply the wall and nothing else: the booth, its lighting and its sound come from the exhibitor and its booth builder. The wall is 5.5 m wide and 3 m high (about 18 × 9.8 ft): 66 Gloshine MV Pro 2.6 cabinets, 2112 × 1152 pixels, standing on the floor and run from a NovaStar VX1000. It goes up in one day.
It sits behind the booth’s presentation stage, so the speakers present in front of it, and the line under it reads “LED Display Powered By PixelPro”.

How we work at Las Vegas shows
- Only the part you need. At NAB Show we supply Hollyland’s LED wall and nothing else. For WDMS Global 2025 we supplied and ran the whole stage: LED, lighting, sound and show control.
- Built in the move-in time. Hollyland’s 66-cabinet wall takes one day. For WDMS Global 2025, about 112 m² of LED across a 96-foot riser took two.
- Flown walls. Where a wall hangs, the show’s appointed rigging contractor hangs it. We design the hanging structure and supply the drawings, as we did for a 24 m wall folded at 135° at San Diego Comic-Con 2025.
- Processing from our own stock. We are an authorized NovaStar dealer. A booth wall runs from a VX1000; larger walls from MX40 Pro processors, as at WDMS and Comic-Con.
- For booth builders. We can be your LED subcontractor: we review your drawings before move-in, supply only the LED, and the client stays yours.
- English and Mandarin. Our crew is bilingual, for exhibitors and booth builders from China.
Walls and prices
Three Gloshine P2.6 walls, in 500 mm cabinets, at the same per-cabinet rates as in Southern California: MR 2.6 from $90, PL 2.6 from $135 and MV Pro 2.6 from $195 per cabinet for the first day, with the processor, setup, strike and an on-site technician. Delivery and crew travel to Las Vegas, further days and flown walls are quoted to the show.

Can you supply only the LED wall for our booth?
Yes. At NAB Show 2024, 2025 and 2026 we supplied only the LED wall in Hollyland’s booth, 5.5 × 3 m of Gloshine MV Pro 2.6; the booth, lighting and sound came from others.
How long does a booth LED wall take to build?
Hollyland’s 66-cabinet wall at NAB Show takes one day. A full stage takes longer: WDMS Global 2025 at Resorts World, about 112 m² of LED with lighting and sound, took two days.
Who hangs a flown LED wall at a Las Vegas show?
The show’s appointed rigging contractor. We design the hanging structure and supply the drawings, and work with the riggers on site, as we did for a 24 m flown wall at San Diego Comic-Con 2025.
How much does an LED wall for a Las Vegas booth cost?
The wall rates are the same as in Southern California: from $90, $135 or $195 per cabinet for the first day, depending on the wall, with the processor, setup, strike and a technician. Delivery to Las Vegas and crew travel are quoted to the show.
Can you work with a booth builder from China?
Yes. Our crew speaks English and Mandarin. We can act as the booth builder’s local LED subcontractor, review its drawings before move-in and supply only the parts it needs.
